For those of us that wither in the cold, darkness of the winter months and rainy days, come blossom and be happy in the sun! This group is for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, but mostly its for yoga enthusiasts who enjoy taking their practice out of the studio and into the natural world. We will be holding meetups for yoga in the park and hiking yoga all around the Kansas City area! Hope to see you and your mat soon!
